I feel these dads express exactly how I felt before and after birth with our doula present. Especially as a first time dad the knowledge and experience a doula brings alleviates so much worry and concern about the big moment. It allowed me and my wife to focus more on the experience and less on things going wrong or our birth plan falling apart. Again great videos!
