After the home birth of our first daughter, I realized I needed a coach for labor, wanted better pictures and needed some support for postpartum emotions 😉 I had my ideal birth because of Kali’s support as a Doula. We meet two times prenatally to talk through all the concerns I had about birth from my first home birth. She encouraged me to write a birth plan which really got me in the frame of mind to have my ideal birth! I’ve decided birth is like 95% mental and the prep and support I got from my Doula Kali was top notch and crucial to us achieving our fabulous home birth!
